Terms and Conditions
SHOPPING CART:
Credit card and Pay Pal orders may be placed ussing our SSL secure shopping cart system.
The cart is accessed from the individual supplies pages or the shopping cart icon.
Shipping charges are not calculated by the shopping cart. Actual shipping charges will be applied after the order is packed and weighed.
MINIMUM ORDER:
There is no minimum order.

MAIL:
Orders may be mailed, Please fill out the contact us page and we will send you the form. Please include phone number, and e-mail address where confirmations should be sent.
E-MAIL:
Orders may be placed by e-mail to [email protected]. Please include payment information and phone number. A confirmation will be sent via e-mail.
NOTIFICATION:
A copy of the final invoice, indicating total charges and any backordered items, will be sent with order, when shipped. For Express delivieres, notification of the shipping date, delivery address, and tracking number will be sent via e-mail
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE:
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We do not ship COD. Payment in US funds made be made with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Western Union, Money Gram, Personal Check. If paying by personal check, order will be shipped after payment is received and has cleared the bank (usually 10 business days).
Returned checks will be subject to applicable bank fees.

Due to the variety of industries served with our products, they are sold without warranty of any kind. Purchasers will, by their own evaluation and testing, determine suitability of these products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by Ceramics By Tatiana. In no event will we liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising of or in connection with the use and/or suitability of products.
SHIPPING:
Please allow 1 to 6 business days for transit. For faster delivery, orders may be shipped Next Day Air or 2nd Day via Express Mail, Priority Mail via USPS. These options will not decrease the order processing time, but offer expedited delivery once the order has left our studio.
Our Shipping prices are based on the following for shipping inside the Continental United States. The rates are for Ground Service Only:
All orders have a minimum shipping rate of $10.50 and this includes all packing and insurance fees. Depending on your order, additional charges are added to shipping based on size, weight, design for packing, etc. for the item(s) you have ordered. Our shipping charges are as low as possible taking into consideration the fragile items we ship. Materials for packaging charges are included your cost for shipping. See Estimates of Shipping Time at Bottom of Page.
If your order is a bulk or large or the items you are purchasing are large, than we hold the right to charge you the actual cost for shipping your order from our location to your location.
Orders purchased through the Shopping Cart have the shipping charges added through the Shopping Cart calculator. This Shopping Cart cost for shipping is a rate that is predetermined. If you chose to email us the Shopping Cart order to purchase with your Credit Card, we will charge your Credit Card the actual cost of shipping your order with the addition of packaging charges. If you place an order adding your items to the shopping cart, email the order not using PayPal, and want to pay for your order with your Credit Card, you can go to the CONTACT US page and click on the link to input your credit card information or you can contact us by phone.
We hold the right to charge you the exact cost for shipping and when necessary, any additional costs for packing materials.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL PRIOR TO SHIPPING
SHIPPING DAMAGES Claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days. The carrier is responsible for merchandise while in transit. Notify us as soon ass possible if you need assistance with your claims.
ORDER PROCESSING:
For Unpainted bisque, Depending on the number of orders pending, please anticipate 1 to 6 weeks for delivery, subject to stock in inventory, since most of all our bisque is made to order. Unless specifically noted in item description, supplies orders, with items temporarily out of stock placed on backorder and shipped as soon as they are available, unless otherwise requested. Credit Card orders will not be charged for backordered items until ready to ship. Backorders over 30 days will be cancelled.
RETURNS/BISQUE:
Unused bisque, merchandise may be returned within 3 days of shipment, subject to a 35% restocking fee. You must obtain and RMA# from Ceramics By Tatiana prior to sending any item back. We will not accept items that have been damaged or altered in any way. If items are returned because of defect or error on our part, the items will be replace or credited without incurring the restocking fee. All unused bisque merchandise returns are for exchange or store credit only. Any refund, if applicable will be issued in the same form as original payment.
PRICE CHANGES :
All prices are subject to change without notice due to cost fluctuations beyond our control. Adjustments will be posted to our website as quickly as possible. All prices exclude shipping, handling and sales tax.
Photographs on our Website of our products. The photographs of our products on our website are samples ONLY. They are usually photos we have received from a Flyer that was given to us through the manufacturer of a mold that was produced by a Mold Manufacturer. Any decoration, "cut-outs", or designs on these photos are used on our website as a SAMPLE ONLY of what that piece you are selecting to add to the Shopping Cart looks like if it were finished and/or decorated. We hold the right to provide the product you see in the photo of your selection as we produce it. It MAY or MAY NOT have the "cut-outs" or the added pieces that were used in the Sample Photo. If you have a request for "cut-outs" or a question about the additional pieces, you will need to contact us before your order is processed. We try to make an attempt to make all "cut-outs" as requested and to reflect the way the Mold Manufacture's Flyer may have represented the pieces as the photo example shown for the piece you selected, but we HOLD THE RIGHT to provide you with these requests or attempt to repeat the process that the Mold Manufacturer's Flyer may have done to the piece you selected as closely as possible, but Do Not Guarantee it will be an exact duplication of their process or workmanship. Please keep in mind All Sales are Final.
You choose to Cancel your order. All orders are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee or If you place an order with our website or Shop and then choose to CANCEL your order, your re-stocking fee will be charged to you at time of Refund. The website clearly indicates expected production times for our hand-made items. We ship what we have on the shelf as quickly as possible until our stock is depleted. At that time we go back to producing the specific item (s) to fill orders received; that process slows your order down regardless if other items you have placed on your order are ready to ship. Whichever item you choose to add to your order that takes the longest to ship will hold up your entire order. As stated above, fees will apply if you decide later in the production process to cancel your order. Due to excessive abuse, we will enforce these costs to you at time of cancellation. You may always contact us regarding information about shipping estimates and special cutouts or holes for special use of piece. Please do not contact us with frustration or anger regarding an order you placed that needs to arrive by a specific time and have not bothered to take the time to contact us at the time of placing your order to make sure your order could arrive on time for your event. If you choose to cancel your order, your refund will be provided less the re-stocking fee and/or any other non-refundable service charges that may apply. Therefore your refund has the re-stocking fee and any other fees taken out with the balance as your refund.
You choose to place a "RUSH" on your order. All Rush orders will have a 15% Rush Order fee applied to the order. You must provide us with a 2-week notice of your deadline date for a RUSH order to be put into place for your order or your order will ship out as scheduled.
Ready-to-Ship means the item or items can be shipped out next business day.
Quantity Available means the item or items can be shipped out in about 10 business days.
Made-to-Order means it is not available to ship. It is a special order and will take from 6 weeks to 8 weeks to ship out. All bulk orders are "Made-to-Order" orders.
Temporarily Unavailable means that there are too many orders waiting to be processed and no new orders are being taken for this item at this time.
